Individual Therapy |
 |
|
As we begin our
work together I will spend some time with you listening
to and identifying your immediate concerns. We will think
together about your goals and come up with an initial
realistic timeline for the therapy process.

Couples Therapy |
 |
|
Most of us have
conscious and unconscious ideas about what relationship
is supposed to be. While we may agree with our partners
on what we want, the path to getting there often.

Child and Adolescent
Therapy |

Consultation and Supervision
|
 |
|
For clinicians
seeking Washington State licensure I offer on-going clinical
supervision. I have over 8 years of experience in clinical
supervision and I have completed the recent state required
professional supervision training through the Washington
Mental Health Counselors Association.

Adoption and Family Services |
 |
|
Adopted children may
benefit from counseling in order to develop closer connections
with their families, and to develop functional "family
skills" and behaviors versus the kinds of survival
skills they may have depended on in prior settings (orphanage,
foster care, birth family). |
