Psychotherapy Fees
Fee: My fee for a 50 minute psychotherapy session is $110. This fee is subject to periodic increases; please contact me directly for the most current rate information.
Insurance for Psychotherapy
Insurance: I am a preferred provider for several health insurance plans, including: Regence, Premera, Uniform Medical, and First Choice Health plans. If you have one of these plans I will be able to bill your insurance company for your psychotherapy sessions directly. You will be responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance and deductable amounts at the time of each session.
If I am not contracted with your particular plan, you may still receive out of network benefits to see me; you will need to pay in full for your sessions at the time of service and I will provide you with the necessary information for you to file your own claims.
If you are considering using your health insurance to pay for therapy please contact that company directly prior to coming for your first appointment. Some plans require preauthorization. You will also want to be clear on your rate of coverage, your co-pay amount, any unmet deductibles and the number of sessions available to you each year.
Other Forms of Coverage for Psychotherapy
Other Forms of Coverage: I am a contracted provider for several local and national Employee Assistance Plans. Check with your employer to find out if you have this type of coverage and who to call for authorization. I am also an authorized provider for Washington State Crime Victims Compensation Program. Some clients are able to seek full or partial reimbursement from Adoption Support through Washington State.
Please contact me if you have any additional questions about compensation for psychotherapy services.
